Public Interest Litigation

The Legal Aid Forum (LAF) sees public interest litigation as a strategic arm of legal aid intended to bring justice within the reach of those who on the account of their indigence; illiteracy and lack of resources are unable to reach the courts. Through using the law, LAF advances human rights, equality and raises issues of broad public interest.
