The government of Rwanda has invested in initiatives regarding the ICT infrastructure in the nation. This has assisted in turning Rwanda into a regional ICT hub. More specifically, Rwanda is one of the fastest growing African nations in ICT.
The project, entitled “Citizen Monitoring of the Justice Sector in Rwanda” and nicknamed ICT for justice (ICT4J) collected citizens’ feedback through ICT. This was a key decision since social media represents an effective way to advocate for policy and procedural changes in the way citizens access justice. The use of ICT technology allows LAF to reach a broader audience at a faster pace.
In this section, you can find both Webinars and blogs from some of the respondents that participated in the project.
